Pilates On Tap is the brainchild of Strictly Come Dancing star - Sarah Manners. A familiar face on TV, Sarah has appeared as a series regular in numerous British TV dramas, shown all over the world, and has also graced our TV screens in Season 2 of Strictly Come Dancing.

Sarah is a fully qualified Pilates instructor with a passion for posture. Sarah became hooked on Pilates a decade ago when she first experienced the transformative effects of Pilates on her own posture and body.

Sarah saw a gap in the home workout market and wanted to revolutionise the online Pilates experience by creating Pilates On Tap: the closest thing to a personal Pilates class that’s accessible from anywhere in the world.
